Tryouts for the 2024-2025 UNK Cheerleading Squad will have two steps. Step one is to complete the online registration and submit a skills video. If invited, the second step will take place in-person in the UNK Health and Sports Center on Sunday, April 27th.

Tryouts will have prospective cheerleaders perform stunting skills, learn choreography, as well as perform their own cheer and a 30-second self-choreographed routine. Prospective Yell Leaders will perform stunting skills and learn a chant for voice projection, sharpness, and ability to engage a crowd. Interviews will also take place the morning of the tryout. If invited, all specifics and details will be sent to the candidate regarding in-person tryouts.
